RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the invoice date for a refund.

Return Policy Details:

RICH RAGS is committed to providing trendy unique fashion along with great customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you are unhappy for any reason please feel free to return the item within 14 days from the date of invoice for a full refund. In order to process your refund all of the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be in NEW CONDITION and in original packaging.
• Items must not be WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any way.
• Footwear must show no wear.
• Footwear must be returned in original undamaged box (shoe box must be shipped inside another box).
• All tags and accessories must be attached. (RICH RAGS and manufacturer tags)
• Invoice/Packing slip must be included.
• Return form must be completed and included in box.

Items will not be refunded if they are not returned in the same condition they are sold. Examples of refusals but not limited to:

• Signs of wear
• Make-up Stains
• Deodorant Stains
• Animal hair
• Cigarette Smoke
• Fragrance scents

 

Final Sale Items are not returnable. Final sale items include:

How to return your item to RICH RAGS

Please return your item in its original box and packing material to the following address. Please fill out the return form that was included with your order. Attach the bottom portion of the form to the outside of the box and retain the top portion for your records.

It is recommended the package be sent using a shipping service that offers insurance and a tracking number. 

RICH RAGS is not responsible for customer returns.

Processing Credit Card Returns

Please allow time for the shipment to arrive and our facility to process your return. We try and process your returns within 48 hours of receiving at our facility. Once received and processed it may take 2 to 10 business days for your credit card company to post your return to your credit card account.
